GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the commercial relationship between REIND and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website https://reind.fr/ . Any order placed on the website implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Products
The products offered are textile items and accessories printed on demand.
Each product is manufactured specifically after order confirmation.
The essential characteristics of the products are indicated on the product sheet. The Customer is required to review this information before placing any order.
3. Price
Prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges, which are indicated separately when ordering.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated by the Customer.
4. Order
The order is validated when the Customer has made the payment and received the confirmation email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspicion of fraud or obvious defect.
5. Manufacturing and printing
The products are designed and printed on demand, individually, from visual elements belonging to REIND.
No pre-existing stock is retained.
Manufacturing takes place after the order is placed, which can result in variable production times.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for postal or logistical delays beyond its control.
In the event of an incorrect address provided by the Client, the costs of any reshipment will be borne by the Client.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or clearly personalized.
Therefore, no returns or exchanges can be demanded for a change of mind, a sizing error, or a personal preference.
However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, printing error or damaged product, the Customer must contact the Seller within 7 days with photo evidence.
The Seller then undertakes to offer an appropriate solution: replacement or refund.
8. Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering via the methods offered on the website.
Payment is secure. The Seller never has access to the Customer's bank details.
9. Intellectual Property
All visuals, logos, designs and content remain the exclusive property of REIND.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, modification or unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Protection of personal data
The information collected is used solely for order management purposes.
The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

11. Responsibilities
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products or to improper use.
The Seller's liability will in any event be limited to the amount of the order.
12. Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first contact REIND's customer service to attempt an amicable resolution.
Otherwise, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
